                           nickel exploration in Brooke’s Point Palawan

                           Mining Corporation’s nickel mine that is located 
                           in Barangay Batarraza, Palawan 

                           The area is about 23kms ne OF Coral bay
                           Nickel processing Plant in Batarraza, Southern 
                           Palawan

Tenement History: Former tenement areas of Tropical Exploration 
                           Philippines and Global Ore, Inc.
                           Japan Metal Mining Agency conducted recon
                           mineral potential survey in 1999 and detected 
                           presence of gold

Project Status:  Reconnaissance survey party has conducted  initial
                        sampling and mapping of the accessible areas

                        Samples were sent to MacPhar Geoservices for 
                        Gold fire assaying and lab analysis.

                        The company has already secured a Certificate of
                        Environmental Management and Community
                        Relations Record from MGB-V Daraga office.

Target Mineral Deposit: Gold / Copper

Tenement Status: EPA No. 000071-VI was accepted on Nov. 7, 2006
                          and currently undergoing area and status clearance
                          with DENR.

Tenement History: The area has been jointly surveyed regionally by
                            MGB & JICA-MMAJ in 1984-1989.

Project Status: Application will be forwarded to NCIP for processing 
                      and certification after completing area & status 
                      clearance from DENR.
                      Surface recon programmed to start after approval of 
                      application.

Tenement Status: MPSA was approved on June 1997
Exploration History: Reserve assessments and measurements
                             completed.
                             Engineering studies conducted.
                             Project development was sidetracked due to
                             1997 Asia-wide financial crisis
                             AGRC filed second 2-yr extension of exploration 
                             period under the MPSA system last March 22,
                             2005 to study production of other non-cement 
                             products.

Location: 8 km North of Medusa’s Co-o. Gold Mine,
Situated within the “East Mindanao Gold Belt”

Area: 405 hectares
Mineralization:  Epithermal vein deposits with bulk low grade gold mineralization

Inferred Resource:
Geologic Resource of 11 million tons of ore w/ grade range of 0.86-1.86 g. Gold per ton( subj. to confirmation by diamond core-drilling)

Tenement Status:
MPSA application filed at MGB Region XIII since September 1997 and awaiting resolution of adverse claim

Tenement History:
Nov. 14, 2005: AGRC signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Phsamed, the local mining company of Medusa Mining LTD.

MOA assigns:
  1. To PHSAMED the operatorship of the project
  2. To AGRC the 3% share on gross proceeds
  3. To AGRC the 10% of mine operating profit until it recovers all previous sunk costs
MOA was registered with MGB on Dec 14, 2005
Medusa announced the complete acquisition of Philsaga Mining Corp. on 3rd Quarter of 2006.
